My experience at this hotel was quite mixed. While the location is fantastic for skiing and the room I stayed in was comfortable and clean, the service left much to be desired. I had significant issues with the heating in the room, which made my stay uncomfortable, and the staff's response to my complaints was unhelpful. Overall, there are great amenities and a lovely atmosphere, but the customer service needs improvement.
